Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Text2Test platform and website at text2test.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Text2Test Corporation ("Text2Test", "we", "our", or "us"), registered at 1401 Pennsylvania Ave, 105-111, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, US.
The service
Text2Test is an AI-powered test case generation platform. It allows users to connect data sources (such as Figma designs, GitHub repositories, Jira tickets, and other documents) and generate structured, automated test cases from plain text descriptions.
The service is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes where possible.
Account registration
To access the platform, you must create an account by providing your email address, a password, a username, and your company name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit permission. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the service or other users.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Text2Test only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the service to process data that you do not have the right to use, share, or process.
Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harmful, or violates any applicable regulation.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the platform.
Use the service to develop a competing product or service.
Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the service in an unauthorised manner.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the operation of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for any violations of these terms.
Your content and data
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Text2Test, including data sources, documents, and files ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Text2Test a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than generating test cases as requested by you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process any content you submit to the platform. You must not upload content that contains personal data of third parties unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
We will delete Your Content upon account deletion or upon your written request.
Intellectual property
The Text2Test platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Text2Test Corporation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Test cases generated by the platform based on Your Content are owned by you. You may use, modify, and distribute them without restriction.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes during the term of your use of the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to make Text2Test available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or discontinuation.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Text2Test disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Text2Test Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no payments have been made.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
